Open Box Appliance 30-Day Simple Returns

In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we will replace or exchange any non-functioning or damaged item (damage that occurred during shipping). If the item was damaged during shipping, we ask that you take photos highlighting the damage, inform the driver why you are refusing delivery, and contact us immediately via phone call or emailing service@obappliances.com). All of our items come packed up and secure, we take photos of the item prior to shipping and send to you. If damage occurs during transit, it will be easy to notice based on the pre-shipping photos we send to you. We will file an insurance claim with the freight carrier and refund all of your money once the insurance claim is approved. 


If you must return your item for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase. Due to the weight of these items, customers are required to pay roundtrip shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. Valid returns must be new, unused and unassembled items in their original packaging. Returns will be inspected and a refund minus shipping costs and restocking fee will be issued to you within 5 business days.


We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged during transit and the customer did not reject the shipment. It is vital that the customer inspect the items before they accept delivery from the freight company so that we are able to process an insurance claim and recoup the total value of the units. Refusals: If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be credited when the product has been received back in for the full amount less the shipping cost to and from the shipping address.
