Returns Policy

Open Box Appliances has a 30-day return policy requiring appliances to be returned in their original, unused condition, verified by pre-shipment photos, without tampering or disassembly. Returns or exchanges within 30 days for items transported to a different address incur roundtrip shipping costs, with refunds processed within 5 business days, excluding the 3% card processing fee. Exchanges prioritize the same model, with price differences adjusted based on current pricing, and customers cover additional delivery fees for OBA-handled returns or exchanges. The company reserves the right to refuse returns for non-compliance with these conditions.

If you need to return an item, simply give us a call at (765)-222-4531 so we can start the return process. You may be responsible for booking, and coordinating return freight.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and additional charges may be required.
