Urban Renovation brings you the Northbrook 9-Piece Dining Set. The Northbrook brings a rustic-yet-refined modern elegance to all your meals. It is crafted from rubberwood and hardwood solids with walnut veneers. The table includes a bronze metal inlay and decorative matching hardware on the base. This set comes complete with a wood-top dining table, six side chairs, and two host chairs. The chairs are graced by comfortable padded seats in a stain-resistant upholstery fabric. The rich walnut finish and neutral upholstered fabric helps to create a timeless look for any intimate or formal occasion.

The table has a beautiful brown, walnut finish. It is crafted from poplar and plywood solids with walnut and birch veneers on MDF. This table is also enhanced with a prismatic bronze metal inlay and decorative matching hardware on the base.

Host Chairs Features:

This set includes two traditional winged host chairs graced by a strong wooden frame with a lavishly padded seat and back cushions. The chairs provide long-lasting comfort draped in a soft stain-resistant upholstered fabric. The seating surface is easy to clean and maintain, making it ideal for use in a dining room setting.

Side Chair Features:

This set includes six side chairs graced by comfortably padded seats in a stain-resistant upholstered fabric. Cushion Standard Longevity

To ensure longevity of your furniture set, each seat cushion is made with high density foam. With initial use the seat cushions may feel firm, but with continued use the cushions will continue to soften and provide the ultimate comfort.

• Avoid putting cold/hot drinks directly onto wooden surfaces.

• Protect the tabletop from moisture and heat, when possible, with the use of coasters or placement mats.

• Wipe up spills as they occur to avoid stains, use a soft, clean cloth to ensure all the moisture is removed.

• Periodically dust the dining table and chairs with a dry microfiber cloth in the direction of the grain.

• To clean use a moist cloth only, that does not contain waxes or silicones; avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.

• Use a dust brush or cloth to remove excess dust particles and assist with preventing scratches.

• Dry cleaning is recommended. Do not wet the filling, do not spot clean, and do not rub.

• Avoid exposing wood furniture to direct sunlight, drying heat sources or dampness, to prevent discoloration and mold.

• Reference assembly instructions if bolts, screws, or brackets need adjustment. Reference leveling guide to assist with chair consistency.

• A touch-up pen has been provided to minimize the small nicks or scratches that may occur during assembly or shipping.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The customer will pay for return shipping and initial shipping if the item is not a result of our error (you received the correct items, item function as normal, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
