Returns Policy

Open Box Appliances offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for appliances that remain in their original, undamaged condition, verified against pre-shipment photos. Returns due to buyer’s remorse, cosmetic issues, or size preferences incur a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for roundtrip shipping if the item was moved to a different address. Exchanges are prioritized for the same model and adjusted for price differences. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, excluding any 3% processing fee and applicable shipping costs. Customers must ensure appliances are returned in original condition, cover relevant fees, and comply with policy terms. Open Box Appliances reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. (See Info Tab)

If you need to return an item, simply give us a call at (765)-222-4531 so we can start the return process. You may be responsible for booking and coordinating return freight.

Shipping

We offer shipping to virtually any address worldwide, with certain product and destination restrictions that may limit international delivery. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and your selected shipping method. These estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are calculated by weight, as shown on each product’s detail page. In accordance with carrier policies, weights are rounded up to the nearest pound, and additional charges may apply.
